Legal & Policies

By purchasing services from Codevity, you agree to the following strict guidelines. These policies are in place to protect our infrastructure, intellectual property, and network stability.

Access Limits & Usage

To ensure the highest level of security and infrastructure integrity, clients are provided access exclusively through our Advanced Web Panel. This grants full control over the server console, power actions (Start/Stop/Restart), and server logs.

For security reasons, no VDS (Remote Desktop), Root, or full FTP file access will be granted under any circumstances. Servers are strictly provisioned for The Isle Evrima hosting. Utilizing server resources for unintended purposes (mining, botnets) will result in immediate termination.

Intellectual Property

All core systems, optimized server files, and integrated UE4SS/Lua frameworks provided by Codevity remain the exclusive intellectual property of our company. These files are licensed to you solely for use on our hosted infrastructure.

Strict Warning: Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities to download, copy, dump, or reverse-engineer server files will trigger our automated security protocols. This results in the immediate and permanent termination of all your active services.

Custom Modifications

Clients may request the development of custom, tailor-made Lua or UE4SS plugins for their community. If a project is commissioned and explicitly agreed upon as an "Exclusive Mod," Codevity guarantees that the specific code will not be sold or distributed to any other client.

However, standard modifications available during the checkout process (e.g., Skin Injector, Dino Storage) are part of Codevity's general infrastructure and are actively licensed to multiple communities.

Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of our business, which involves the instant allocation of dedicated hardware threads and digital software deployment, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a server has been delivered and is online.

Refunds are only issued if Codevity fails to provide the allocated hardware specifications or if there is a prolonged infrastructure outage. No refunds will be provided if a service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
